By using the KingsRec ("Service") bot and website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service is

KingsRec is a tool that automatically records publicly available live streams chosen by users and delivers them over Telegram. KingsRec is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok, Bigo, or Mico.

2. Acceptable use

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and only for public streams. Recording or distributing private/closed content, illegal content, or content that infringes third-party rights is prohibited. See the Community Rules for details.

3. Accounts and plans

Paid plans are subscription-based; limits (concurrent recordings, watchlist size) are shown on the pricing page. You can cancel at any time.

4. Payment

Paid plans are billed as subscriptions through the bot; you can cancel anytime. After cancelling, access continues until the end of the current period.

5. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is"; uninterrupted operation or the capture of any specific stream is not guaranteed. Users are responsible for ensuring the content they record/share complies with applicable law and platform terms.

6. Takedowns

Rights holders and creators may request removal of their own content via the Takedown procedure. Requests are processed within a reasonable time.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version is published on this page.
